As expected, the San Antonio Spurs gave Tony Parker a beautiful video tribute on Monday and the fans at AT&T Center were so excited to see Parker back in town.

Tony Parker spent the first 17 years of his NBA career with the Spurs and became a legend. The guard was a six-time All-Star in San Antonio, won four NBA championships and was the 2007 Finals MVP.

During and after the video tribute, the fans in San Antonio chanted, “Tony, Tony,” showing Parker the love he fully deserves after having a stellar run with the Spurs:

Tony Parker, along with Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili, are going to have their numbers retired by the Spurs one day. The trio won so many games with San Antonio and were a model of consistency and professionalism.

Unfortunately, Parker wasn't able to finish his career with the Spurs, as he signed a two-year free agent deal with the Charlotte Hornets. However, there is no bad blood between Parker and San Antonio. Tony just wanted to get more playing time and didn't feel like sitting on the bench this season.

It's still weird to see Tony Parker in a different uniform. It's something that will probably never look right.
