With the NFL free-agent market opening up on March 17th, rumors of new faces on new rosters are heating up. The latest is Pittsburgh Steelers star receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster, who seems to have hinted he's departing from the coveted franchise.

Smith-Schuster is known for his dancing antics in the NFL and also being recognized as a Tik-Tok star. He's grown quite the fan base outside of football with video game streaming as well, generating wealth and popularity in multiple different ways. With JuJu being so connected on social media, it seems he let the world know he's leaving Pittsburgh through a simple poll question, per Sports Illustrated.

Smith-Schuster likely knows what he's doing by hinting at his departure from Pittsburgh. The free agency will be a great way for him to earn a big paycheck, and it's not like the Steelers will be able to afford him either, per USA Today.

Pittsburgh's salary cap problem, with just $6.1 million in cap space. The Steelers may feel it's wise to let someone else pay big money for Smith-Schuster, rather than crunch the numbers to retain the wideout.

Additionally, the Steelers will be just fine in the wide receiver department next year, as they have talented players like Diontae Johnson, Chase Claypool, and James Washington. Letting Juju go is likely in this team's best interest, as there are other needs to fill on the roster.

Look for the Steelers to spend money on the offensive line, running backs, and maintaining their top defensive players. Smith-Schuster is doing nothing more than increasing his market to receive the biggest paycheck possible. A smart move on his part.
