Chris Paul has faced a handful of all-time NBA greats throughout his 16-year career. But the Phoenix Suns All-Star’s biggest rival might be an NBA referee: Scott Foster.
The two had a rather testy moment in the heat of the action in Game 6, as the Suns guard was ready to go at Scott Foster before Milwaukee Bucks big man Bobby Portis held him back.

With the Suns’ fighting for their lives in these NBA Finals, you could just tell that emotions were running high. CP3 vehemently disagreed with the out of bounds call and wanted to give the official a piece of his mind.
Chris Paul has famously lost his last dozen postseason games with Scott Foster officiating, a number that’s grown in this. latest playoff run alone. The death knell for the Suns in Game 6 brings the miserable streak up to 13 for CP3.

You better believe that both Chris Paul and Scott Foster are well aware of the rumored animosity between the two. The men were seen chatting right before tip-off for Game 6. I’d pay to see another chat between them after the final buzzer sounded.

Chris Paul and the Phoenix Suns saw their championship hopes vanish in Game 6. It’s only fitting that Scott Foster played a part in CP3’s worst nightmare.
