Houston Texans starting quarterback Deshaun Watson finally broke his silence on star wideout DeAndre Hopkins' hail mary catch with the Arizona Cardinals against the Buffalo Bills in Week 10.

He won't admit it to reporters, but everyone knows Watson is pissed that the Texans traded Hopkins to the Cardinals.

Nevertheless, Watson told the Texans media on Wednesday he wasn't surprised that Hopkins made the stellar play for the Cardinals.

“We were on the plane ride coming back from Cleveland. I mean, that’s just Hop,” Watson said, via Pro Football Talk.

“No surprise. That’s a guy that does that on the daily basis. That’s what he’s known for, being legendary in legendary moments. He made a great play for them and he got them the W.”

In his first season with the Cardinals, DeAndre Hopkins has 67 receptions for 861 yards and four touchdowns. That is production Deshaun Watson and the Texans are missing right now.

The Texans scored just seven points in Week 10 against the Browns. They lost to drop to 2-7 on the season. Houston won't be making the playoffs in its first campaign without Hopkins.

The Cardinals, meanwhile, are 6-3 and tied for first place in the NFC West with the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks.

You have to feel bad for Watson since Bill O'Brien foolishly traded Hopkins for no reason without consulting his franchise player. The Texans fired O'Brien earlier in the season.
