We all know by now that rookie sensation Anthony Edwards is one of the highest-flying young studs in the league. On Monday, the first overall pick of the Minnesota Timberwolves was cleared for take-off once again against the Denver Nuggets as he jumped out of the Ball Arena in downtown Denver with a monster one-handed jam.

Watch Ant-Man go way up (via NBA):

This was the perfect exclamation point to Edwards' third quarter explosion where he dropped 18 points to help the Wolves stay in the game against the Nuggets.

The 19-year-old has been a man on a mission in his rookie campaign in the league. Despite a rather slow start, Edwards has picked things up and has skyrocketed to the top of the ROTY leader boards faster than any altcoin. Speaking of altcoins, how does an “Ant-Coin” sound like?

Anyway.

Anthony Edwards has been absolutely stellar for the past few months. Since February, the swingman has averaged 21.2 points per game alongside 5.3 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game. Since getting the starting nod in late January, Edwards hasn't relinquished his spot and seems to be the main option at the two-spot right next to D'Angelo Russell moving forward.

The future is bright in Minnesota.
