Last Friday, the game between the Minnesota Timberwolves and Utah Jazz marked the first time Ricky Rubio played inside the Target Center after he was shipped to Salt Lake City in the summer. It also allowed his former teammates to share the court once again with him despite wearing different uniforms this time around.

When asked if it was weird seeing Rubio wearing the Jazz's colors, Karl-Anthony Towns hilariously roasted the Spanish international point guard instead. He made a hilarious comment about his ponytail, and said that seeing him with his new hair-do on was weirder than not being on their team anymore.

Rubio has been playing with longer hair now compared to his previous hairstyle, which he had since he started his professional career. Not only does he represent a different team now, but he has a ponytail to match the new chapter in his NBA journey as well.

Towns and the Wolves got the upper hand against Rubio and his new team in their first meeting, 100-97. However, with still three matches scheduled in the regular season, it will give the 6-foot-4 point guard a chance to still win the head-to-head matchup, and own bragging rights against Towns and company.
