Monday night's game between the Minnesota Timberwolves and Milwaukee Bucks started an hour later than it was supposed to.
The reason for the delay? There was a malfunction with one of the baskets in Minnesota:
Statement from the Timberwolves: Tonight’s game between the Wolves and Bucks is currently delayed due to a malfunction with one of the baskets. The basket is being replaced and the game will begin shortly.

The Bucks official Twitter account had some fun with the delay, quoting a famous tweet from ESPN's Stephen A. Smith:
Them: This game will start at 7pm/ct.
Us: We too were hustled, scammed, bamboozled, hoodwinked, led astray!!! pic.twitter.com/Y8LqogVsRG

The Timberwolves and Bucks eventually started playing after the basket was fixed, so the fans at Target Center were eventually treated to NBA basketball.
Bucks-Timberwolves was scheduled for 7 p.m.
Then one of the rims was found to be askew.
The game just tipped off at 7:59.

Timberwolves All-Star big man Karl-Anthony Towns is serving his two-game suspension for fighting with Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid. For the Timberwolves to defeat the Bucks, Andrew Wiggins will have to step up.
