There wasn't anything merry on what Karl-Anthony Towns did to Corey Brewer on Christmas Night during the Minnesota Timberwolves' win over the Los Angeles Lakers.

Early in the fourth quarter, Tyus Jones successfully stole the ball from the Lakers and threw it to a speeding Jimmy Butler who realized he has a bad man with nasty intentions for a trailer in Towns. Butler did the right thing in leaving the rest to Towns who then made an athletic slam all over Corey Brewer.

The entire Staples Center can only marvel at the sight of a seven-footer running the floor like a gazelle and finishing above the rim as if he's an athletic wing. Thing is, he's playing against the Lakers.

Karl-Anthony Towns was too pumped up by his slam that he even had a choice gesture towards the TNT crew.

Towns had 21 points, 10 rebounds, and four blocks for the Timberwolves on the night. Minnesota's 121-104 victory overshadowed another stellar performance from Lakers rookie Kyle Kuzma, who registered 31 points to become the second rookie since LeBron James to score more than 30 points on Christmas day.
