Pop star and Minneapolis native Lizzo treated herself to some courtside seats for Sunday night's games between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Minnesota Timberwolves, but the singer couldn't keep her eyes away from the tallest player on the court, 7-footer Karl-Anthony Towns.

The popular singer was interviewed during the game, where she nonchalantly dropped a nugget of admiration for the Wolves' franchise star.

Reporter: I know you live in LA now, spent some time in Minnesota, who are you cheering for tonight in this basketball game.

Lizzo: Let me tell you some, both teams were great, but I'm personally cheering for number thirty…two Ha-haaaa.

Reporter: Karl-Anthony Towns?

Lizzo: Mhmm.

Reporter: That's your guy?

Lizzo: That's my baby.

Reporter: Okay. You know him?

Lizzo: Nope (laughs). New man in the Minnesota Timberwolves (singing).

Lizzo had to have been feeling “Good As Hell” during that third quarter, as she was quite energetic during that interview. She quoted her breakout single, “Truth Hurts,” only a “bom bom bi dom bi dum bum bay” away from finishing the chorus that launched her into one of the most known names in today's pop-rap genre.

Only minutes before she shot her shot at Towns, the singer also was part of the halftime entertainment, as she provided some jumbotron dance moves for those in attendance.

Looks like Towns is right in Lizzo's crosshairs, even though it was Anthony Davis who provided the bigger show, dropping a 50-point bomb in the Lakers' home win.
