Earlier this week, there was some hope that the Titans-Steelers game could still be played, despite the beginnings of an outbreak. On Wednesday, the NFL noted that the matchup would be postponed until Monday or Tuesday. Now, though, the league has been forced to put it off until the team's positive test results subside.

Reports indicate that the game will be played at a later date this season, though it's unknown when that will be. Tennessee's practice facility will remain closed until further notice, and the team isn’t allowed to have any in-person activities, according to a report from The Wall Street Journal.

For now, we'll have to wait and see what date the NFL chooses to reschedule the Titans' matchup against the Steelers. The two teams do not share a common off week this season, so the league may be forced to shuffle the schedule of other teams. The NFL and NFLPA are currently discussing options.

As for the Minnesota Vikings, who played the Titans this past weekend, they seem to be in the clear.
