The Tennessee Titans got a huge win Sunday, hammering the Miami Dolphins in a 34-3 shellacking. Accompanied by Kansas City's loss, the Titans claimed the top seed in the AFC standings, and they are one win away from clinching the only first-round bye. Sadly, after the game Sunday, the Titans got news that was not as pleasing to fans.

Sunday evening, Titans outside linebacker Bud Dupree was charged with misdemeanor assault after an altercation in a Nashville Walgreens store. The Nashville Tennessean reported on the incident.

Dupree, along with several companions, reportedly got into an altercation with employees of the store that left two workers injured. Video of the incident was then posted on social media:

Dupree had left the store by the time police arrived. However, he and his lawyer met with detectives Tuesday morning. He was issued a citation for the misdemeanor assault and is scheduled to report for booking in three weeks.

Dupree signed a massive five-year, $82.5 million deal in March with the Titans. He was considered maybe the biggest prize free agent landed by Tenneessee. Dupree spent the first six years of his career with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was considered one of the better outside linebackers in the NFL during that time. Dupree is only two years removed from his career-best season with 11.5 sacks and four forced fumbles.

However, he has struggled to make as big of an impact this season with the Titans. Dupree has 14 tackles and three sacks this season with the Titans. He has also missed six games due to injuries this year.
