Tyler Boyd spent the first eight seasons of his NFL career with the Cincinnati Bengals, but he now has a new home. Boyd is with the Tennessee Titans now, and next year will be his first season with his new team. The Titans had a rough season last year and they are hoping that Boyd will be able to provide a spark for the offense.

It has certainly been an adjustment for Tyler Boyd as this is the first time in his career that he isn't in Cincinnati. He is used to playing for the Bengals, so it's weird for him suiting up for another team, but things are feeling good for him in Tennessee already.

It's definitely weird – I'd been with Cincy eight years, this is my ninth year,” Boyd said, according to an article from tennesseetitans.com. “Just having a different (uniform) on, it's new beginnings. But I don't look at it like it might be hard, or I have to readapt. I am older, I'm a vet, and I know what to expect. These guys around here are all cool, and it feels right. It just feels right. … This just felt at home to me.”

Boyd got his first taste of on-field work with his new teammates on Tuesday, and he was excited to be out playing football again. He noted that the Titans feel like a good fit for him.

“Came straight into work,” Boyd said. “It just feels good to get out here and play football again. I've been working out and training, trying to find my way. … I felt like this was the right fit.”

The Titans are going to have some talented WRs this season, and Tyler Boyd is excited to work with them. He had some good things to say about DeAndre Hopkins and Calvin Ridley.

“Calvin [Ridley], I knew him throughout the league, and also Hop (DeAndre Hopkins),” Boyd said. “Two great players, and well deserving of their accomplishments and what they do. I can learn from those guys, and they can learn from me. And having that trio of us is going to make this whole offense even more deadly.”

Boyd also discussed Titans quarterback Will Levis. Levis has spent just one year in the NFL and he only played in nine games last year. Boyd knows that he still has some growing to do, but he is confident that Levis can be successful in Tennessee.

“He's a great, talented guy,” Boyd said. “He has to get more experience in the offense, but I think he has what it takes to take this offense to where it should be.”

Levis is young, but he does have a lot of talented WRs to work with this year. That should certainly help him with his growth in the league.

It's going to be weird seeing Tyler Boyd on a new team this season, but it sounds like he is doing well in Tennessee so far. We'll see how year one of this new era goes for him.
