The GOAT discussion is an eternally burning discussion in the NBA. All things considered, Michael Jordan is still viewed as the undisputed and sole occupant of the top tier of basketball greatness hierarchy. In the NFL, another GOAT debate is slicing football fans in half, one that even Jordan himself is so eager to know the answer to: Who is the better quarterback, Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady?

In an epic commercial debuted by NBC during Sunday Night Football’s matchup between the New Orleans Saints and the Minnesota Vikings, Jordan gave everyone watching the coverage chills by helping promote the highly anticipated Week 9 SNF showdown featuring the Green Bay Packers and the New England Patriots.

Brady leaves Rodgers in the dust in terms of Super Bowl rings, but the latter is generally considered as the more talented quarterback between the two.

The fact that Brady and Rodgers have only shared the field just once so far in their careers only adds fuel to the debate. Back in Week 13 of the 2014 NFL season, the Packers beat New England at Lambeau Field, 26-21. Rodgers churned out the better performance with 368 passing yards and two touchdowns without an interception, though, Brady wasn’t too shabby either with 245 passing yards and two touchdowns with zero picks thrown.

Needless to say, all eyes will be on the Packers vs. Patriots matchup in Foxboro next Sunday. And yes, you can bet that Michael Jordan will be watching that, too.
