Brooklyn Nets star Blake Griffin just turned back the clock on Montrezl Harrell of the Los Angeles Lakers. The six-time All-Star elevated to meet Harrell at the rim and it resulted in a pretty epic block from the Nets man.

Here's Griffin throwing it back to his days with the Lob City Clippers (h/t Nets on Twitter):

Heads up job from Harrell escaping two defenders in the post. He had a clear path to the basket and almost had an easy dunk. Unfortunately for him, Griffin came out of nowhere to erase his attempt at the rim.

Blake is no longer the high-flying acrobat he once was, but every now and again, he comes up with huge plays such as these for the Nets. More of the same was needed from him on Saturday, though, as a shorthanded Lakers side blew out Brooklyn in the Barclays Center, 126-101.

It was a concerted effort from a Lakers side that was missing both LeBron James and Anthony Davis. All five of their starters scored in double figures, with three more players from the second unit also logging double-digit points.

It was just one of those nights for the Nets, and they will look to get back to winning ways when they return to action on Monday against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
