Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors left a young fan in tears after the team opted to rest the sharpshooter against the Denver Nuggets on Monday. The fan from Denver was clearly excited to watch Curry, only to be disappointed to see her favorite player getting the night off.

Despite that, however, the Warriors showed how classy they are as an organization by giving tickets to the kid for their next game in Denver. The Dubs return to Mile High City on Thursday after they play the Los Angeles Clippers at home on Tuesday.

Now that is how you show what kind of team you are. The Warriors have always been known as a first-class organization, and they certainly showed it with that response. While some skeptics and haters would say that it's purely a PR move, you got to give it to the them for always being a fan-first franchise.

To be fair, had Stephen Curry been in attendance even if he didn't play, it's safe to assume he would do the same thing and give the young fan a moment to remember.

For Warriors fans, though, the move means only one thing: Steph will be ready for Thursday to face the Nuggets. That is definitely the news they want to hear as they remain on a freefall after losing five straight.
