It was another forgettable evening for the Golden State Warriors on Saturday, as they suffered another heavy defeat. This time around, it was the San Antonio Spurs that beat down the Dubs, with the lopsided contest ending with a final score of 127-110.

Following another disappointing defeat, Warriors star Draymond Green admitted that at this point, things are looking very bleak for his team.

“We went the bulk of five years being pretty healthy. We went the bulk of five years beating up on pretty much everyone,” Green said, via ESPN. “Right now, it's our turn to get beat up on. It's kind of what's going on.”

Green does sound rather defeated and deflated here, after what has been a rough start to the season thus far for Golden State. The Warriors have won just one out of their five opening games, and currently stand at the bottom end of the standings in a ruthless Western Conference.

The Dubs also received terrible news of late, learning that they expect to miss out on the services of former back-to-back MVP winner Stephen Curry for at least three months, as he recovers from his fractured hand. Green will be relied on heavily by the Warriors in the wake of Curry's injury, but this was not exactly the case on Saturday night.

Green had a rather forgettable outing himself, finishing with six points (on 2-of-7 shooting), two three-pointers, eight rebounds, seven assists, and a steal in 34 minutes of action. The former Defensive Player of the Year winner had a +/- rating of -16 against the Spurs, proving how ineffective he was while on the floor.
