Draymond Green remains sidelined for the Golden State Warriors due to a complicated back injury. Luckily for him, his teammates have been stepping up in his absence.

On Tuesday night, a largely depleted Warriors crew playing without Green, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Andrew Wiggins stunned the San Antonio Spurs on the road, 124-120. The visitors went on a scoring rampage in the fourth quarter to complete the come-from-behind win.

While Green must be very happy with the Warriors' victory, he also praised Spurs forward Keldon Johnson and predicted him to become an All-Star. The defensive ace also urged Johnson, who weighs 220 lbs, to shed pounds to become more efficient.

Green and Johnson have been compared before because of many similarities. Green also came into the NBA as a pudgy big man but had a wide array of skills on both ends of the floor. It's also worth noting that Green and Johnson were selected by the Warriors and Spurs as late draft picks at 35th and 29th overall, respectively.

Green saluting Johnson isn't exactly new. He gave a shoutout to the 22-year-old former Kentucky standout after winning a gold medal with Team USA in last year's Tokyo Olympics. So clearly, the Warriors star is a big fan.

Johnson finished with 21 points, three rebounds, and four assists against the Warriors.
