Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr says the Kevin Durant-Draymond Green incident from last season blew up because it happened on national television.

Kerr, however, admits there were more issues of the same kind on the team over the past few years. Fortunately for the Dubs, they were able to cover things up since cameras weren't around, via Drew Shiller of NBC Sports Bay Area:

During their heated argument, Green repeatedly called Durant “a bi**h” after he was called out by the two-time Finals MVP in the huddle for not passing him the ball at the end of regulation.

Green had a costly turnover versus the Clippers. Durant was clapping at Green to give him the ball, but the rugged defender ignored him and dribbled the ball into traffic, resulting in a turnover.

Green also challenged Durant about KD's impending free agency. It was just a bad moment for the Warriors, but it looks like these type of things happened a lot behind the scenes and no one leaked anything.

Teammates get into heated exchanges all the time. It’s part of sports. However, there was no place for Green to call Durant “a bi**h.”

KD recently admitted the exchange with Green played a role in his decision to leave the Warriors for the Brooklyn Nets this summer.
