Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr is embracing the challenge of being down 3-1 in the NBA Finals.

The Warriors are in the brink of losing out on a third straight NBA title after bowing to the Toronto Raptors in Game 4. The Dubs failed to win at home, with the Raps taking advantage of the injuries to Kevin Durant, Kevon Looney and Klay Thompson.

Despite their perilous situation, however, Kerr remains optimistic about their chances and said that he doesn't see the task of overcoming the deficit ‘daunting at all.'

The Warriors have faced a 3-1 deficit before — during the 2016 Western Conference Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder — so it's not surprising for Kerr to remain relaxed despite their latest defeat.

It's also worth mentioning that the Warriors know it's not impossible to come back from such lead even in the NBA Finals, with the Cleveland Cavaliers doing so against them in 2016.

The Dubs are well aware that they are facing the ultimate test, and perhaps the biggest challenge in their five-year dominance, this time around. The Raptors have proven to be a difficult team to handle, especially with Kawhi Leonard leading the way. Nonetheless, if there's a team that can pull off a miracle, it's the Warriors — when healthy.
