The Golden State Warriors are on a mission to win their first NBA championship this decade after winning three in the past one. In this year's postseason, they have another shot at winning it all. They’ve been one of the best teams in the league all year long and are one of the favorites to be crowned this year. Before Game 2 of their series with the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday, Steve Kerr talked about what winning championships in the past did for his team.

“It's nice to have championship banners in our building and rings at home,” Kerr told ClutchPoints. “But the quest for another banner, another ring, is what drives everybody…So if anything, winning championships gives you a deeper level of confidence when you get into the fight and the playoffs. But it also fuels a motivation to do it again because it's so rewarding.”

The Warriors are in a tough series with Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies. The winner of this round will be one step closer to making it to the Finals. The first game of the series was won by the Dubs 117-116, setting the stage for a wild and physical Game 2.

One team is looking to sketch their names in the history books for the first time, and one team is trying to claim a spot as one of the greatest dynasties ever. Two teams with massive goals make for a classic battle. It could end up being the most entertaining series in this year's playoffs.
