The reeling Washington Wizards host the Los Angeles Clippers Tuesday night, and head coach Scott Brooks is going to start Kelly Oubre Jr. instead of Markieff Morris at the small forward spot.

The Wizards are 5-11 on the season and riddled with dysfunction right now. Scott Brooks is trying to do whatever he can to get his team back on a winning route, and a change in the starting lineup is his latest attempt to salvage the season.

This will be the first game that Markieff Morris comes off the bench this season. The 29-year-old is averaging 9.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 15 games while shooting 43.0 percent from the field, 34.0 percent from beyond the arc and 85.2 percent from the free-throw line.

Morris will become an unrestricted free agent after this season ends.

Kelly Oubre Jr., who recently cursed at Brooks during a game, will get his second start of the year. The lefty is averaging 12.6 points and 4.6 rebounds and shooting 42.0 percent from the floor, 28.0 percent from the 3-point line and 81.8 percent from the charity stripe.

The Wizards are on a two-game losing streak. They are giving up 116.9 points per game, which ranks 29th in the NBA. There are still a lot of games left in the season for Washington to turn things around. However, the team hasn't shown anything this year that gives off the impression they have a run in them.
