WWE superstar Bayley has hinted at her long-awaited return. Bayley took to Twitter to post a photo of her lacing up her boots, seemingly hinting that she will be putting her wrestling boots back on very soon for the WWE.

The former RAW and SmackDown Women's Champion has been out of action since July 9th, 2021 after sustaining an ACL tear while training for Money In The Bank. Her last official match was on June 25, 2021. That makes it quite possibly over a year before she will once again wrestle.

A Bayley return could add a ton of new excitement to the women's division. Due to her being hurt during the 2021 WWE draft, she is a free agent and could wind up on either RAW or SmackDown. Bayley could be a perfect opponent for Bianca Belair, who she was feuding with before she was injured. She could make total sense as the next opponent for Rhonda Rousey on SmackDown after her feud with Natalya.

Bayley has made it a habit to make cryptic posts on Twitter during her time away from the ring. This would be the perfect time for Bayley arrive as a main event star once again in the women's division with Sasha Banks and Naomi currently suspended and Charlotte currently taking time off for her wedding.

Time will only tell when Bayley makes her return, but returning at Money In The Bank, and possibly even winning the money in the bank would make a lot of sense for Bayley.
