With the 2017-18 NBA season officially halfway through, the time for intense speculation has begun throughout the league. Although the unofficial start of the trade market began last month, teams now have much more freedom to work with until the deadline.

There are a number of players who have already been mentioned as near-locks to be moved from their current teams. According to ESPN's Bobby Marks, here are the players whose trade restrictions have been lifted:

Trade restrictions have now been lifted for the following: Cristiano Felicio, Nikola Mirotic, Kyle Korver, Mason Plumlee, Shaun Livingston, Andre Iguodala, Blake Griffin, JaMychal Green, Tony Snell, Jrue Holiday, Andre Roberson, Patty Mills, Serge Ibaka, Kyle Lowry, Joe Ingles and Otto Porter. Mirotic must consent to any trade and would lose his bird rights if traded. Porter must consent and cannot be traded to Brooklyn.

Needless to say, there are a bevy of names that have been included in trade rumors up to this point. With their trade restrictions now lifted, there is a very good chance that some of the players on the list could find themselves in a new home before season's end.

Among the most notable trade prospects has been Chicago Bulls power forward Nikola Mirotic. After a tumultuous start to the year, Mirotic has established himself as one of the most potent stretch-fours in the league. Furthermore, his uneasy relationship with teammate and power forward Bobby Portis has seemingly caused tension in the Bulls' young locker room.

Meanwhile, Washington Wizards small forward Otto Porter has done little to show his consistency as the team's third scoring option. With the Wizards currently in a state of flux, they will be doing their due diligence to help them take that next step.
