San Francisco 49ers first-round pick Nick Bosa has been talked about a lot because of his social media but Dee Ford doesn't seem to care. Ford knows about what Bosa has said on social media, but he is just concerned about how he is at work, and he has been impressed.

“Yeah, he’s a great guy,” Ford said via NBC Sports. “Social media is social media. I could care less. Honestly, who you are at work is important to me and he’s a great guy. I don’t even have a social media. I’m not even up to speed with the quotes and all that. I don’t care.”

“Who he has presented to us is a great guy that’s ready to work and that’s all that matters to me.”

Bosa has been working hard with the 49ers but has already suffered a hamstring injury that has hurt him, and Ford knows how much pressure Bosa is under. Ford has tried to take him under his wing to help him back from his injury, and get him adjusted to life in the NFL.

The biggest advice Ford has given is to just stay the course. Don't worry about all the extra stuff because right now it's all about football, and winning games.

“It’s important as a rookie to stay the course,” Ford said. “Don’t get down. You got a lot of stuff to go through as a rookie. I told him once ball gets here, it’s all about ball. All the extra stuff will be over.”

Part of not worrying about all the extra stuff for Bosa might be to stay off social media and don't cause any media stirs.
