There's been buzz that the New Orleans Pelicans may move Brandon Ingram this offseason. He'd be a great fit for most teams in the league. For a while, the Atlanta Hawks were the favorite to potentially land the star small forward. However, the latest odds now have the Philadelphia 76ers as the favorites.

Nothing is set in stone, but it's noteworthy that the 76ers have jumped the Hawks as the favorites. That is assuming the Pelicans do trade Brandon Ingram in the first place. With that said, here are the top five odds to potentially land Ingram.

Philadelphia 76ers (+350)
Atlanta Hawks (+450)
Orlando Magic (+550)
Cleveland Cavaliers (+650)
Sacramento Kings (+750)

Brandon Ingram is a star-caliber player. He'd make an excellent addition to the 76ers roster. He'd be a brilliant scoring option alongside Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey. The idea of those three playing together is intriguing, as Philly would suddenly have a true big three.

But it's yet to be seen if the Pelicans actually move on from Brandon Ingram. He's been a stud throughout most of his career. Additionally, he's a smooth scorer who would be an incredible loss in New Orleans. But if they get a big package in a potential trade then it could be worth it.

Last season, Ingram proved to be a reliable option yet again. He finished the year averaging 20.8 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 5.7 assists per game. That's a statline any team in the league would welcome. Despite the fact, his scoring dipped this year compared to seasons past.

If the deal is right the 76ers should absolutely strike a deal with the Pelicans. Philly is a franchise starving for a championship as they haven't won a title since 1983. Additionally, Joel Embiid hasn't had much luck in the postseason as injuries have plagued his playoff experience.

However, having someone like Brandon Ingram in the lineup would take some pressure off the superstar center. Ingram can score almost at will from anywhere on the court. On top of that, he passes the ball well and can fight for rebounds with the best of them. Overall, Ingram could be the missing piece to the 76ers championship puzzle.

But only time will tell if Philadelphia pulls the trigger or not. If the Pelicans are truly shopping Brandon Ingram then the 76ers need to act quickly. Although they're now the betting favorite, other teams around the league could put together a strong offer New Orleans can't refuse.
