The sporting world is at an outrage after it was brought to light how much different the NCAA treats their athletes during March Madness. We've seen pictures and images of the men having state-of-the-art training equipment and all of the food they could eat while in the bubble.

For the women, however, the NCAA gave them a rack of dumbbells for their workout room. That was it. According to Sabrina Ionescu, the reason the NCAA shorted the women was due to “limited spacing.” The video proves that to be untrue.

This has been a hot topic since the beginning of the tournament, as athletes around the country have shared their disgust. Sixers star Ben Simmons, was the latest to offer his take on the NCAA's actions, per NJ Advance Media.

“I don't have any respect for NCAA at all,” Simmons said. “What they are doing is wrong. I've seen the women's stuff at the gym. That's obviously not fair. They have so much money, but they can't set up a weight room the same and be equal with that? That's bulls***. There's no excuse for that.”

According to Bleacher Report, the NCAA plans to address the issue as soon as possible after nearly everyone calling them out. However, the damage is already done, as this is an incident that never should have happened to begin with.

We'll see what happens in the coming weeks, as March Madness continues for the rest of the month. The Women's tournament kicks off on Sunday, 12 pm Eastern on ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPNU.
