The Chicago Bulls and Toronto Raptors will play in an Eastern Conference matchup on Monday night. It's time to continue our NBA odds series and make a Bulls-Raptors prediction and pick.

The Bulls and Raptors will matchup for the first time in the 2021-22 NBA season. The Bulls are 3-0, though they have had quite an easy schedule. They have beat the Detroit Pistons twice, and the Zion Williamson-less New Orleans Pelicans in their other game. The Raptors will look to get their first win in Toronto since the 2019-20 season on Monday, as they are 0-2 so far on their home floor in 2021-22 after playing their home games in Tampa during the 2020-21 season. Chicago's new additions look good so far, but a road test in Toronto will be their toughest challenge of the season to date.

Here's how the bookmakers have set the Bulls-Raptors odds for this Monday matchup.

NBA Odds: Bulls-Raptors Odds

Chicago Bulls -2 (-106), -126 ML

Why The Bulls Can Cover The Spread

The Bulls look good with Lonzo Ball and Zach LaVine in their backcourt. LaVine is shooting 52% from the floor through three games, which would easily be a career high and elevate him into a conversation with some of the better scoring guards in the league. Nikola Vucevic is listed as questionable for Monday's game with an illness, and Coby White is listed as out due to left shoulder injury management. If Vucevic is unable to go for the Bulls, this line will swing some towards Toronto obviously. The Bulls can cover with or without their starting center, as they will be able to run a faster tempo if he's unable to go, something Ball and LaVine excel at.

Why The Raptors Can Cover The Spread

The Raptors have been tough this season, aside from the offensive egg they laid on opening night when they scored just 83 points in a loss on their home floor to the Washington Wizards. They blew the Boston Celtics out by 32 points in Boston in their second game, then lost a tight game vs. the Dallas Mavericks at home on Saturday. Pascal Siakam is out on Monday night, so the Raptors will again lean heavy on Fred VanVleet and OG Anunoby to run their offense. The Bulls can be tough to keep pace with offensively for a team that lacks explosive offensive fire power like the Raptors, but Toronto will be eager to get their first home win of the season and has a good chance of being the better defensive team. The Raptors can cover and win this game if they hit a decent amount of their three-pointers, but they likely won't survive a bad shooting game vs. an offense like Chicago's.

Final Bulls-Raptors Prediction & Pick

Take the Raptors and the points on their home floor, as they are due to get a win at home after losing their first two home games of the season.
