Sinner has won all six sets he has played. The competition has not been overwhelmingly difficult, but the point is that Sinner has not played around. He needs to be efficient so that he doesn't stay on court for a long time and can manage his injury. If he can reduce his length of playing time, he might have a chance if he can get into the second week of the tournament. This match is his latest test in terms of being efficient and economical.

Why Pavel Kotov Could Cover The Spread
The spread of 8.5 games for this match is a good spread for Kotov. These two players met in Madrid a few weeks ago. That's a tournament in which Sinner withdrew midway through the event precisely because of his hip problem. In the match, Sinner won 6-2, 7-5.
