Why The Yankees Will Cover The Spread/Win
The Yankees are solid at the plate. Currently, they rank eighth in batting average and runs. The Yankees are also third in on-base percentage and home runs. Furthermore, they are fifth in slugging percentage. Their lineup has some talented players who have some history against Ryan.
Anthony Volpe entered Wednesday with a batting average of .269 with five home runs, 21 RBIs, and 28 runs. Additionally, he is 3 for 6 against Ryan in his career and hopes to maintain that level of success. Juan Soto is batting .313 with nine home runs, 34 RBIs, and 28 runs. Ultimately, this will be his first showdown with Ryan.
