For fans missing Brandon Roy, there is good news for all of you: it looks like he will be finally featured in NBA 2k19.

The former Portland Trail Blazers star was one of the NBA players notably missing on the NBA 2K18 All-Time Teams. However, players need to be part of the National Basketball Retired Players Association, or else NBA 2K would have to work on deals separately.

It appears Roy has done that.

One of the NBA's greatest what-ifs, Roy was an All-Star for three years in Portland. If only his knees did not deteriorate, his partnership with Greg Oden and LaMarcus Aldridge could have put fear in any team. After all, when the trio was mostly healthy in the 2008-09 season, the Blazers won 54 games.

Now, Roy has accepted his fate and moved on. He is currently the head coach of Garfield High School. He once led Nathan Hale High School to a perfect 29-0 record during the regular season, which earned him the Naismith National High School Coach of the Year award.

If fans miss his highlights, they can now live out their dreams of seeing how devastating Roy could be on the court, even if it's just in a video game.
