Damian Lillard has always been known as a great three-point shooter, but the Trail Blazers point guard caught fire during Sunday night's All-Star Game. Several of his threes came from way downtown, as they say. In fact, a few were taken near the logo.

Lillard scored 18 points, six rebounds and five assists in Sunday's All-Star Game, helping Team LeBron overcome Team Giannis in come-from-behind fashion. All 17 of his shot attempts were three-pointers. Six went in.

In lieu of his streaky shooting from beyond the arc in Sunday's game, some fans are ready to give Lillard a new nickname. “Logo Lillard,” they're saying, and it sounds like the former No. 6 overall pick approves of the moniker.

Team LeBron was trailing by 19 points at one point in the third quarter, but a pair of Lillard threes tied the score at 124. His teammates on the bench were quick to react.

Lillard, now 28 years of age, is enjoying a great season with the Blazers. In 56 appearances with the team (all starts), the Oakland native has racked up averages of 26.3 points on 45.0 percent shooting from the field (37.3 percent from beyond the arc), 6.4 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 35.3 minutes per outing.

“How was this fourth All-Star appearance different for you than the first three?” a reporter asked Lillard during his post-game media availability.

“This year was different because I felt settled,” Lillard replied. “I was more comfortable than maybe I had been the first three times, and I'm just older. I'm further in my career. I know I belong, so that is kind of how it played out.”

Lillard and the Blazers will be back in action on Thursday, when they'll travel to Brooklyn for a matchup against the Nets. Tip-off inside the Barclays Center is set for 7:30 p.m. ET.
