Damian Lillard released a diss track aimed at rapper, actor, and oh yeah Basketball Hall of Fame center Shaquille O'Neal, with the Portland Trail Blazers point guard sharing the link to the track on Twitter with the caption “I'm going to practice now.”

Lillard, known by his stage name Dame D.O.L.L.A., was responding to the retired NBA MVP who released a diss track aimed at him earlier this week. Shaq made it after the Blazers star claimed that the ex-Laker big man wasn't a “real” hip-hop artist.

Now, Lillard commented on his rap feud with Shaq with what could be said as another shot to the legendary NBA figure.

The 29-year-old Lillard has been known to be lethal on the hardwood as well as in the studio, laying down albums and previous diss tracks — like when he beefed with Sacramento Kings big man Marvin Bagley III.

While Lillard is a four-time All-Star and former Rookie of the Year, he has displayed a proficiency with bars, too, spending time in the offseason and on off days recording hip-hop tracks to relative acclaim for also a professional athlete. Lillard released “Big D.O.L.L.A.” in August earlier this year, which featured guest verses from Lil Wayne and Jeremih.

Lillard and Portland's first NBA on TNT broadcast contest will take place on Nov. 7 against the Los Angeles Clippers. O'Neal is a Turner broadcaster along with former pros in Charles Barkley and Kenny Smith.
