The Los Angeles Lakers are still busy celebrating their record-tying 17th championship. But some diehard fans are already getting busy as well thinking about tinkering and improving the roster to defend the title.

One of them is popular rapper Snoop Dogg, who was a recent guest on Undisputed. He and host Shannon Sharpe, who is another ardent Lakers fan, agreed that the Purple and Gold aren't sure to repeat next season. Snoop Dogg then brought up that Washington Wizards star guard Bradley Beal bought a house in Los Angeles a couple of weeks ago.

Adding Beal will definitely help the Lakers' cause as he will level up the shooting guard spot, possibly replacing Danny Green in the starting unit. Beal had a monster year this season with career-high averages of 30.5 points and 6.1 assists, while adding 4.2 rebounds and 1.2 steals. He, however, got snubbed both in the NBA All-Star Game and in the All-NBA Teams.

The 27-year-old former Florida standout, who has been a hot subject of trade rumors, reportedly purchased a $6.8 million seaside villa in the posh Venice neighborhood in Los Angeles. According to reports, he sold his house in McLean, Virginia for $3.5 million to a local pizza entrepreneur.

But while Beal's addition to the Lakers would really get fans giddy, it's highly improbable that he'll leave the Wizards as he just signed a two-year extension worth $72 million last year. Not to mention, he has already said that he's really looking forward to playing alongside his backcourt partner John Wall again next season.
