Adam Jones has found himself a new home. The veteran cornerback is set to sign with the Denver Broncos, per Josina Anderson of ESPN.

Jones, 34, has been in search of a new team since his departure from the Cincinnati Bengals in March. He previously tried out for the Cleveland Browns back in July.

After missing two full seasons brought about by personal issues during his youth, the former top-10 pick rebuilt his career with Bengals. He spent eight seasons in Cincinnati, recording 12 interceptions, two sacks, 366 tackles, and five forced fumbles in 100 games (68 starts).

However, he’s coming off an injury-shortened 2017 season due to a groin injury. Although, Jones said in May that he was 100 percent recovered from that injury following surgery.

Jones now joins a Broncos secondary which could use some added cornerback depth following the departure of Aqib Talib. Chris Harris Jr. and Bradley Roby are expected to start, while Jones, Tramaine Brock, and C.J. Smith will back them up.

Broncos head coach Vance Joseph should be very familiar with Jones' work after he served as the defensive backs coach for the Bengals from 2014-15. Coincidentally, Jones had the best seasons of his career during that time as he made First-Team All-Pro in 2014 and the Pro Bowl in 2015.

While the 34-year-old is likely now past his prime, the Broncos will be hoping he can still contribute as a member of their cornerback rotation this season.
