The Denver Broncos suffered a horrible loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in what was a lopsided game. This loss puts the season in jeopardy; the Broncos are quickly falling out of the playoff picture. However, it seems Broncos fans are used to losing against the Chiefs if recent history–including a certain man named Peyton Manning–is to be considered.

According to a Reddit thread, this losing streak goes back four years.

The Denver Broncos have now lost 8 straight games to the Kansas City Chiefs from nfl

This is not a good look for the Broncos as they attempt to turn things around. The team has been trying to do everything they can to return to that legendary season where Manning managed to will the Broncos to a Super Bowl victory before running off into the sunset.

The team obviously tried the formula again after making a move for Joe Flacco. However, the team is struggling to get things together this season. In fact, Flacco was sacked eight times throughout the game, an unprecedented number in his career. The team is in shambles, and the likelihood of them heading for the NFL Draft becomes more plausible as the day goes on.

Due to this streak and a smattering of other factors, there are now calls for team executive John Elway to hit the road. Moreover, there are also calls for Manning to return and replace him.

Archie Manning confirmed that his son is interested in a front-office position, but it's unknown if he will actually take the post. Only time will tell if that happens, but Broncos fans will probably be glad if it does happen.
