After suffering from a concussion in the Denver Broncos Week 4 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens, it seems as though Teddy Bridgewater is on pace to return soon. This would be a huge boost to Denver's offense, as they struggled without him in the lineup.

According to Ian Rapoport, Teddy Bridgewater is still in the concussion protocol but has made considerable progress. Considering the Broncos are currently 3-1, they're in the mix for the playoff race. Having Bridgewater back under center is only good news, as Drew Lock struggled filling in against the Ravens.

Bridgewater is progressing through the concussion protocol so well, that he's practicing with the Broncos offense this week, per James Palmer. The NFL has generated stricter policies handling concussion injuries over the last few years, but Bridgewater seems to be bouncing back quickly.

Due to how fast he's recovering, the concussion Teddy Bridgewater suffered seems to have been minor. Head trauma is always a serious matter, but the Broncos starting quarterback is preparing to play on Sunday regardless.
