The Denver Broncos are eager to press the reset button in the upcoming season with the arrival of star quarterback Russell Wilson. Many will be curious to watch if the veteran signal-caller can regain his magic with his new team. But apparently, it's quite possible that more eyes will be trained on Wilson.

Per Mike Klis of 9News Denver, the Broncos have a “strong possibility” of playing one of their away games in London this upcoming season. The Broncos have a game scheduled against the Jacksonville Jaguars on October 30, and this would most likely be the one played overseas.

The first NFL London Game was played in 2007. The Broncos last suited up in the said event in 2010 when the Kyle Orton-led squad lost to the San Francisco 49ers, 24-16. The Jaguars, meanwhile, have played there seven times, earning a 3-4 record.

The Broncos were scheduled to play the Atlanta Falcons in the NFL London Game during the 2020 season, but the trip was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

At the NFL owners' meeting in Palm Beach last month, Broncos chief executive officer Joe Ellis made it clear to the league that they have a strong desire to play the Jaguars in London.

Both teams have yet to be officially informed if their NFL London Game matchup will push through. But safe to say, Wilson will be thrilled to lace up for the Broncos in a totally different environment and get to know his teammates more.
