The Tampa Bay Buccaneers were without Antonio Brown in the NFC Championship Game against the Green Bay Packers, but it appears he is trending upward in time for the Super Bowl. The Buccaneers announced Brown's upgraded status to a full practice participant on Thursday after he was limited on Wednesday, so there was clearly progress in terms of the swelling on his knee.

It's also worth noting Cameron Brate was a limited participant in practice on Thursday due to a back injury.

Despite not having Brown available in the NFC Championship Game, the passing attack of the Buccaneers didn't slow down. Tom Brady was able to carve up the secondary of the Packers in the first half, giving Tampa Bay a comfortable lead that would stick for the entirety of the game despite a charge from Aaron Rodgers.

Nevertheless, as the Buccaneers prepare to square off against the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl, they'll need their full arsenal of weapons to combat Kansas City's lethal offensive attack. Before Brown got injured in the Divisional Round versus the New Orleans Saints, he had caught a touchdown in his last four games as he was finally getting comfortable with his new team.

Brown has quickly become another reliable weapon for Brady to target alongside the likes of Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Rob Gronkowski, and Scotty Miller. Now, after they had to manage without him against the Packers, the Buccaneers are likely going to have Antonio Brown available on Sunday against the Chiefs.
