Sunday Night Football was a rough night for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Not only were they shut out by the Taysom Hill-led New Orleans Saints, they also lost multiple players to injury. The receiving core took the biggest hit, as both Mike Evans and Chris Godwin both left the game due to injuries.

Luckily, help is on the way for the Buccaneers. Head coach Bruce Arians revealed to the media that star wide receiver Antonio Brown, along with safety Mike Edwards, will be returning to the team following their suspension. (via CBS Sports HQ)

“It's in the best interest of our football team … both those guys have served their time and we welcome them back.”

If you recall, Antonio Brown got a suspension from Bruce Arians and the Buccaneers for faking his vaccination card to the team. The allegations first came from Brown's ex-chef, who Brown didn't pay. After an investigation into by the team and the NFL, Brown and Edwards were suspended for three games.

The Buccaneers will be counting on Brown to shoulder a heavy portion of the offensive load once he returns. As mentioned earlier, both Evans and Godwin suffered injuries in their shutout loss to the Saints. In addition to that, running back Leonard Fournette also left the game due to an injury and did not return. The Bucs offense was essentially gutted, leaving only quarterback Tom Brady remaining.

The injuries severely dampen the Buccaneers chances of earning the Division crown. Brown is a talented wide receiver, capable of making plays when it matters most. However, if Bucs want a shot a repeating as Super Bowl champions, they'll need all of their best weapons back and 100% healthy in the post-season.
