The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are geared up for another run at the Super Bowl next year, as the front office has brought back all 22 starters from last season's team. One of those players being Leonard Fournette.

Many believed that Fournette may find a new home this offseason after playing well in the playoffs. Also considering the Buccaneers have a talented group of running backs that include Ronald Jones and Ke'Shawn Vaughn, it would've made sense for the front office to move on from Fournette.

However, Fournette re-signed with Tampa Bay and rejoins the team he just won a championship with. He spoke about why he came back to the Buccaneers while being a guest on 95.3 WDAE & AM 620.

It seems as though money is the least of Fournette's concerns, as he simply wants to play for a franchise he enjoys playing on. Maybe the four-year veteran could have received a bigger paycheck elsewhere, but remaining on a Super Bowl-caliber Buccaneers team is just fine for his needs.

Not a bad situation for Fournette to be in either. He's playing for a team that he likes to play for, he's built a comradery around his teammates, and aims to win a second ring in 2021.

Fournette is comfortable in Tampa Bay and clearly doesn't want to leave. Being a new face can be stressful, and you never really what the situation will be like with a new organization.

From Fournette's perspective, he's in an all-around winning situation. Look for him to be a big part of the Buccaneers offense next year, as he has the potential to build upon his success last year.
