Le'Veon Bell's most recent stops in the NFL haven't exactly gone as planned. If Tom Brady's knowledge and experience rub off on the former All-Pro Running back, though, don't be surprised if Bell makes a significant impact for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers when they need him most.

During his first practice on Wednesday as a member of the reigning Super Bowl champions, Bell was welcomed to Tampa Bay by Brady going out of his way to ensure he's comfortable.

It's almost like this type of leadership has played a major part in Brady's legendary career.

Bell signed with the Buccaneers 24 hours earlier, in wake of lead back Leonard Fournette suffering a hamstring injury during the second half of their loss to the New Orleans Saints on Thursday. Fournette, pacing Tampa in rushes, rushing yards and rushing touchdowns, is expected to miss the remainder of the regular season.

Bell last played with the Baltimore Ravens, appearing in five games with Jim Harbaugh's team earlier this season before being released on November 16th. He rushed for 83 yards and two touchdowns on 31 carries with Baltimore, averaging a paltry 2.7 yards per attempt. Bell was similarly ineffective in stints with the Kansas City Chiefs and New York Jets last season, failing to record a single touch during Kansas City's loss to Tampa Bay in Super Bowl LV.

Bell, 29, made the Pro Bowl with the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2014, 2016 and 2017, success that's eluded him ever since leaving the team in 2019.
