Peyton Manning and Tom Brady are two of the best quarterbacks to ever play in the NFL. The two have always had this friendly rivalry between them, as they'd trade hilarious jabs about each other while maintaining the mutual respect. As Manning has comfortably settled into retirement, he's found newer ways to troll the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback.

As part of Madden's new promotional series, the former Colts and Broncos star has taken on the role of “Madden Ratings Adjuster”. Notably, Manning seems to have tweaked Tom Brady's Madden rating juuuust a little bit. I don't think Buccaneers fans will like this one, Peyton. (via Madden NFL 22)

Really, though, you can't get mad at Manning for poking a little fun at his former rival. Peyton Manning and Tom Brady has had many legendary battles against each other. While Brady may still be playing for the Buccaneers right now, that doesn't make him immune to the occasional Peyton roast.

This isn't exactly the first time that Peyton Manning has roasted Tom Brady. In Manning's Hall of Fame induction speech, he made sure to call out the Buccaneers QB's old age, saying:

“My good friend Tom Brady is here tonight. By the time he is inducted, in his first year of eligibility in the year of 2035, he’ll only have time to post his acceptance speech on his Instagram account.”

In the end, though, Brady doesn't really mind this jab. After all, he and the Buccaneers are on a quest to join elite company to win back-to-back Super Bowls, something even Peyton hasn't done in his career. Winning that elusive second title in a row will be the biggest come back Tom Brady can throw to Manning.
