Richard Sherman got some brutal injury news after just his third game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The cornerback is expected to be out for at least a couple of weeks to recover from his hamstring injury.
The Bucs star took to Twitter to express his frustrations, vowing he'll get back on the field soon enough.
Disappointed. Going to bounce back soon. Asked a lot from my body in a short amount of time. Will be back better

Sherman received a handful of well-wishes, but of course there were a few haters in the mix who gave him less-than-encouraging replies. The Bucs star was able to execute a pretty successful clapback at one fan clowning his performance in Tampa Bay thus far.
I could come back as you.

But instead of taking the social media L, the fan took the insult from Sherman personally. He responded to the Buccaneers star by invoking the offseason issues that plagued Richard Sherman, which led to his arrest.
You’d immediately no longer be a threat to your wife, so that’s good

With the Twitter public as the jury, it seems as though the fan got the win on this occasion. He may have taken it a little too far, but any war on social media wages on with very few rules.

Here's to hoping Richard Sherman can make a full recovery from his hamstring injury and let his play do the talking with the Buccaneers.
