Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians gave the media an injury update on the team for Sunday's game. Arians said Friday that only one player has been ruled out so far: Antonio Brown.

Brown hasn't played in a game for the Buccaneers since mid October. He scored one touchdown and recorded 93 receiving yards in the Week 6 matchup in Philadelphia. Dimming his success is the ankle sprain that he suffered in the 28-22 win against the Eagles.

According to the Bucs head coach, it isn't a typical sprain. Buccaneers reporter Greg Auman tweeted that Arian discussed the atypical nature of Brown's sprain. Auman noted that Arians described it as closer to the heel, making it more difficult to anticipate the recovery time.

Without Brown, the team is 2-2 in their four most recent games. While he isn't the sole deciding factor on the outcome of the Buccaneers games, he is a main component of their offense.

Despite only playing five of ten games this season, Brown is third in the team's receiving offense. The only two people in front of Brown are the Bucs star wide receivers Chris Godwin and Mike Evans. Brown has 418 receiving yards and four touchdowns on the year.

Prior to Arians' media appearance, it seemed like AB was slowly but surely trending in the right direction. While he is out for this week's matchup against the Colts, Brown could likely be activated for Week 13 against the Falcons.
