Detroit Pistons forward Blake Griffin stepped over a fallen Giannis Antetokounmpo in the third quarter of Wednesday's tilt against the Milwaukee Bucks, but the Greek Freak didn't make much of his altercation with the fellow star.

Antetokounmpo was doubled-team in the baseline as Griffin stepped over the reigning MVP, forcing teammate and best friend Khris Middleton to step up and speak on his behalf as tempers flared.

Antetokounmpo however, has never been one to let these situations get in his head.

“They’re just a great defensive team and just play really physical,” Antetokounmpo said after a rousing 127-103 win over the Pistons, according to The Associated Press. “They want to be physical, they want to be dirty. They want you to get out of your game, and whenever you come in Detroit, you expect that.”

“There’s going to be a lot of teams that are going to come out and try to be physical with me — try to hit me, knock me down to the floor,” Giannis Antetokounmpo said. “I just got to keep my composure.”

Hitting Antetokounmpo might have been a big mistake by Griffin, as The Greek Freak went to town and scored 10 straight points on the Pistons star, seven of which came on three personal fouls for Griffin. Antetokounmpo capped it off with a deep, wide-open three.

The Greek Freak put up a solid 35 points, nine rebounds, and two blocks, extending the Bucks' winning streak to 13 games and keeping a close watch for the best record in the league, now tied with the Los Angeles Lakers with an impressive 19-3 mark to start the season.
