Giannis Antetokounmpo wasn't playing with his food in Game 6 as the two-time MVP served a monster throwdown in front of the entire Brooklyn Nets frontcourt. Antetokounmpo was a man on a mission on Thursday as his Bucks were playing for their season in the hopes of forcing a Game 7 against Kevin Durant and the visiting Brooklyn squad.

And, after 48 minutes, that's exactly what they did. Giannis wasn't letting this one slip away and, with the help of Khris Middleton's red-hot evening, willed his team to an impressive 104-89 blowout.

This thunderous slam was definitely a back-breaker for the Nets:

How's that for a statement? Giannis had his brother Thanasis and the rest of the Bucks bench hyped as they went on to dominate the Nets in Game 6. Finally, after a few quiet games, Giannis is flexing his muscles and is giving Durant, James Harden, and the rest of the Brooklyn roster a legitimate reason to fear the deer.

There has been a lot of talk around Antetokounmpo and how he's failed to show up in this series. In a must-win situation in Game 6 though, the two-time MVP stepped up big and made sure that the franchise lives for another day. He finished with 30 points and 17 rebounds while knocking down six of his 10 free throw attempts. Middleton, on the other hand, dropped a game-high of 38 points including hitting 5-8 from deep.

The former DPOY had a field day in the paint, highlighted by the play above. It's just tough to put a body on a man like Giannis. Hopefully, for the Bucks, the same Giannis shows up in Game 7 as they try to upset the Nets and head to the ECF.
