Detroit Pistons point guard Ish Smith thought he had an easy layup in the books during the second quarter of Game 4 in their first-round series matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks. Little did he know that a Greek Freak was lurking around waiting to swat away his shot. Giannis Antetokounmpo came out of nowhere and got up there and volleyball spiked Smith's shot out of bounds.

Watch the insane defensive play from Giannis below:

Smith just did not have any chance on this one.

This emphatic rejection early in the second quarter was just one of Antetokounmpo's four blocks on the night. In fact, Antetokounmpo's fingerprints were all over their series-clinching victory on Monday.

Giannis saved his best game of the series for last and finished the night with a playoff career-high 41 points, along with nine rebounds, four assists, and a steal. He shot 12-of-23 from the field, 15-of-20 from the free-throw line, and even converted two triples to lead the Bucks to their first playoff series win since 2001.

Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks became the second team to advance to the second round. Milwaukee made light work of Detroit, which unfortunately did not have a healthy Blake Griffin for the series.

Now, they are once again set to face their tormentors in last year's playoffs, the Boston Celtics. After a relatively easy stroll in the first round, Antetokounmpo and the Bucks will surely have their work cut out for them the rest of the way.

Though the Celtics struggled through the regular season, they seem to have picked up their stride over the past month, and that showed with the way they handled the Indiana Pacers in their own first-round series matchup.

Now, the real gauntlet in the Eastern Conference begins.
