The Boston Celtics suffered their fourth straight defeat after getting blown out by the San Antonio Spurs 115-96 at TD Garden.

The Celtics had no answer for Spurs big man LaMarcus Aldridge, who finished with 48 points, 13 rebounds and six assists. The All-Star forward was clearly on a one-man show, as none of his teammates even scored 20 points.

This is the seventh consecutive game that Boston allowed it's opponent to score at least 114 points. They have gone 2-5 in that stretch, and head coach Brad Stevens admitted that there is frustration growing in the Celtics' locker room.

“I listened. I talked. There’s frustration in there,” said Stevens, per Adam Himmelsbach of The Boston Globe. “But we got beat by a good team. Ultimately, we don’t need to ride the emotional roller coaster. We need to get a lot better.”

It is probably the reason why Brad Stevens was late in the postgame pressers, as he had to talk to his players and help them figure out what needs to be done for the remainder of the season.

None of the Celtics players were able to reach 15 points, with Marcus Smart leading the way for Boston with 14. Gordon Hayward and Marcus Morris each scored 13, while All-Star guard Kyrie Irving was held to 11 points on 5-of-17 shooting.

With the Indiana Pacers' win against the Denver Nuggets, the Celtics are now two games behind the fourth seed in the Eastern Conference. They still have eight games left to try to figure out how to play better, but they're running out of time.

The playoffs are just a few weeks away and if the Celtics would like to win a title, they will certainly need to play better.
