Many coaches around the NBA are taking notice of the Boston Celtics' young guns, most notably second-year guard Jaylen Brown and rookie forward Jayson Tatum.

According to a tweet before tonight's game from Jared Weiss of USA TODAY Sports, Milwaukee Bucks head coach Jason Kidd has been very impressed with the duo of Brown and Tatum so far this season.

“They’re playing at a very high level scoring the ball,” coach Kidd said. “What I like about them is they both play defense, so it’s not just one side of the ball. Brown loves the challenge of taking on the best offensive player and he does it well.”

Kidd added that both Brown and Tatum are playing at a very high level of basketball for such young players.

“The league is very young and young players are playing at a very high level,” coach Kidd said, per Weiss. “If you look around the league, you talk about those two young players, they’re playing at a very high level scoring the ball.”

Despite an incredible game from Bucks superstar forward Giannis Antetokounmpo (40 points on 14-of-24 shooting), the Celtics (21-4) were able to fend off Milwaukee by a score of 111-100. Jayson Tatum finished with 17 points and six rebounds, while Jaylen Brown had eight points and seven boards of his own.
