Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill once again finds himself in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons. Already having a history of domestic violence, which the Chiefs were aware of when the team selected him in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL Draft out of West Alabama, Hill was recently accused of possibly breaking his three-year-old son's arm.

As a result of such allegations, the Kansas City Star's editorial team has publicly stated that the Chiefs should release the veteran wideout if he did break his son's arm.

“The Kansas City Chiefs knew Tyreek Hill’s history of domestic violence when they signed him,” reads a recent article from the Kansas City Star. “That was a controversial decision, and one that doesn’t seem to have helped him or his family. And if he did break his 3-year-old son’s arm, the team needs to break it off with him now, no matter how fast he is. Even as one of the best wide receivers in the game, this can’t be the way the Chiefs want to win, right?”

Of course, the Chiefs previously released troubled running back Kareem Hunt after the current Cleveland Browns rusher encountered a domestic violence incident of his own. However, it is worth noting that the Chiefs did not release him until a video of the incident was released.

On the other hand, there is still investigating to be done while Hill has yet to be formally charged with a crime as it stands today.
